Where are we?

Based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, we are ideally sited with easy access to the major road-links serving the whole of the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. We are delivering and positioning to point of use new items daily across the UK, from Cornwall to Cambridge, Aberdeen to Cardiff, Oxford to London as and when required.

Who are we?

We are a totally independent company and, as such, we are experienced in handling many different types of equipment and products from a large variety of manufacturers and suppliers. We are equally at home working within a category 3 commercial laboratory as we are in a hospital freezer park or University campus.

Experience

Our entire organization is founded on many years experience of working within the medical and scientific sector and this gives us a unique understanding of our customer's requirements. The same attention to detail is given to the movement of a single piece of equipment as it is to a complete suite of laboratories.

Benchmark Services Limited specialise in the collection and delivery of high value capital equipment to point of use throughout the UK and mainland Europe.

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver equipment to actual "point of use" rather than simply dropping off to a "goods in" area.

Our experience in overcoming all types of obstacles to ensure an item is securely sited is held in high regard by our customers. It is often the case that our imaginative and versatile approach to the task in hand results in a successful completion to a job that may have seemed impossible to others.

Delivery via the stairs was not possible so our solution was to have the hand rails removed and the freezer fork lifted up.

Our vehicles are all selected and specified with regard to the very exacting requirements of the services we provide e.g. Air-ride suspension to give the smoothest ride for the most delicate of items, heavy load hydraulic tail-lifts and extra height/width on the loading platform.

On many occasions equipment has to be "stair-walked" to point of use, we have all the relevant equipment and training to enable us to complete the delivery.
