Laboratory and Scientific Equipment Relocation
We understand the complexities of moving delicate, sensitive and valuable equipment. We can safely move all equipment within your laboratory from benchtop microscopes and analytical equipment to climate chambers, CO2 incubators and large cryogenic freezers.
- Expert planning and project management – We work closely with you to develop a detailed relocation plan, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will have a dedicated project manager working closely with you to ensure your requirements are understood and communicated clearly to our team.
- Safe and secure transportation – All our vehicles are fitted with AirRide suspension to minimise vibration which can an impact and cause potential damage to sensitive laboratory equipment. All equipment is loaded and secured to prevent movement during transport. All vehicles are fitted with full-size, heavy-duty tail lifts to enable safe loading and unloading.
- Installation and commissioning – We will unpack and position your equipment to point of use so it’s ready to be commissioned. Working with our partners we can assist with installation and commissioning.

Does my equipment need decommissioning/decontaminating before you relocate it?
Yes, it does. We can organise this for you as part of the move if required.
Can you organise a move for our entire lab and the office team, including all the furniture?
Absolutely. We can relocate the office furniture as well as all of your laboratory equipment, including your research samples.
Can you support me with the move? I am concerned I will forget an important step.
We have a team of specialists who will support and advise on your move from the initial consultation to the final day of your move. You will have an experienced member of our team there to support you every step of the way.
Our equipment was delivered through a first-floor window as we have restricted access. Are you able to support with this?
Definitely. We can arrange a site visit with one of our collaborators who is a specialist at using lifting equipment. We will coordinate your move together with them and ensure your equipment is relocated safely and securely.
